TERRACOTTA FIGURE OF A GODDESS

$450.00

III century A.D.

A figure of a Goddess seated on a throne wears an oversized headdress with a tall crown and veil, cloaked in a long chiton. Hands outstretched, in her right is a phiale. Left palm is chipped, otherwise intact. H. 6.8″(17.3 cm).
